77A lot of people out there want to know if the slim fast diet can really work for them. There is only one way to find out and that is to dive right in and try it out. If you are going to do so then I would suggest that you do some mental preparation and get serious about it before trying it. The fact is that this diet will absolutely work for you if you put in the required effort to really make it work. In fact it really is a simple and effective way to lose weight if you will simply follow the program. Most people do not have the willingness and the willpower to follow through with the program without cheating. They slip up, then punish themselves and eventually give up altogether. slim fast shake for breakfast and lunch and then eat a healthy dinner.

Make a commitment to yourself that you will walk for at least one hour
every single day and you will get some awesome results from doing so.
Do not skip days. This might take some discipline and commitment on
your part. The best way to do this is to wake up early every morning
and walk for an hour before you even start your day out. That way you
will never have an excuse as to why you should not exercise. If you
skip days then you will not get the results you want. Walk for an hour
every single day and follow the slim fast diet plan and you will lose
serious weight.
You can prove this to yourself in a week or less. Follow exactly
what I am suggesting here and you will see the pounds start to drop off
within less than a week. You will lose a significant amount of weight
and see the true potential of this diet. Give yourself a break and try
it out. Commit fully to following the plan for just one week and see
what kind of results you get.

Great idea - juice fasting is VERY healthy! 6 miles a day and juices - that ought to work just fine Recovery Guy. BTW - still a fan, while you were on a roll, I was on the same type clearing thousands of emails after a long trip. I'll be back!

Beg to differ Recovery Guy but I drank Slim Fast for 3 years, not to diet but because of the vitamins in it. I liked having it for breakfast instead of eating. It ended up just about burning my stomach up. The doctor said it looked like it was on fire when he tested just prior to wanting to remove my gall bladder. Was on the "purple pills" until it was all out of my system (about a year) and that's from someone who rarely takes anything but vitamins and herbs! Not recommended - have YOU tried it?
